Steve was great and answered all my questions and explained everything. Your notification app is frustrating. It had me as three different times for the tech arrival , once it said I was the next stop then a bit later it had me at the 3rd stop away. It would be nice to have a better window than 07 AM-06 PM. Also it took 8 days for you to schedule a tech to show up. This is also frustrating. Thanks for the opportunity to voice my concerns. Thanks again to Steve.
