If the refrigerator water filter is installed properly, check the water supply going to the fridge.
- Make sure that the water supply cut-off valve is turned on. Turn that valve on if you find it shut off.
- Check for a kink in the water supply line. Reposition the water line so that it isn’t kinked if necessary.
- Shut off the water supply cut-off valve and disconnect the water line from the back of your Samsung fridge. Place the end of the water line in a bucket and briefly open the water supply cut-off valve to check for water flow from the end of water line. If you don’t see water flowing from the water supply line, have a plumber fix the water supply going to your refrigerator.
If all of these tips don’t help you get ice from your Samsung refrigerator ice maker, you’ll need to call Samsung to get additional help or have the new refrigerator repaired under the warranty.
